It’s claimed the incident took place when the officer pulled over a car in which Prince was travelling for speeding last month.
But an angry Prince has come out fighting, saying he did nothing wrong.
“I was assaulted, I was not the driver. I had nothing to do with the incident. She was supposed to confront the driver, not the passenger. I fact, I was assaulted by her because she pushed me out of the car.”
Prince courted controversy recently after a letter surfaced showing he tried to influence tender procedures to raise money for the African National Congress’s local government election campaign.
The politician has also denied these claims, saying the letter has been misinterpreted and further accused the Democratic Alliance (DA) of using it as a “cheap political ploy”.
