Klubrugby: NMMU vs Silver Stars
Silver Stars het Saterdagmiddag in 'n opwindende wedstryd vir NMMU Madibaz op die Rosemoor-sportterrein met 46-26 geklop. Stars het in die eerste helfte die krane behoorlik oopgedraai met aanskoulike hardlooprugby. Die tuisspan het in die eerste 40 minute vyf pragdrieë gedruk en was rustyd gemaklik met 32-7 voor. In die tweede helfte het die humeure telkens opgevlam en die skeidsregter, Shaun Stoffels, het twee spelers van albei spanne met geelkaarte van die veld gestuur.
