George Lakes Yacht Club
A good fleet of twenty boats sailed in Sunday’s racing for George Lakes Yacht Club (GLYC), in a light southeaster. All three scheduled races could be completed, in cool, overcast conditions. In the first race, the sole Fireball of David Laing, sailing this time with Mandy Lombard, soon pulled away from the rest of the fleet, to finish two minutes clear.
