Run 2 Raise 5km Community Fun Run
Members of various running clubs and locals who seize any opportunity to stretch their legs participated on 2 May (Monday) in the Run 2 Raise 5km Community Fun Run / Walk in George. Avis Van Rental, the organiser of the event, aims to raise funds to purchase two junior sport cycle wheelchairs for young disabled athletes. The wheelchairs will be housed at Avis Van Rental to be used at the Outeniqua Chair Challenge (OCC), which take place during February every year.
