Table tennis open championships
Garshen Williams, the defending George Southern Cape table tennis champion, repeated his winning streak by beating club member Gladwin Stolls in the finals of the club's open championships at the George Sports Club last Saturday. A total of 24 of the best players from the region took part and together they played 201 games on a round robin basis. Men and women competed against each other.
