Mnr. en Mej. Kwagga
Hoërskool Outeniqua se jaarlikse Mnr. en Mej. Kwagga het op 13 April plaasgevind onder die leiding van die VRL Impak-komitee. Dit was 'n spoggeleentheid waartydens Hoërskool Outeniqua se aantreklikste 10 meisies en 10 seuns meegeding het om die titel van Mnr. en Mej. Kwagga. Dit is nie net 'n skoonheidskompetisie nie, die beoordelaars kyk ook na persoonlikheid.
