Garden Route celebrates Diwali
Celebrated annually, the ancient Hindu festival Diwali, the 'festival of lights', is the biggest and brightest festival in India. Spiritually, it signifies the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil and the renewal of life. This year Diwali fell on Wednesday 11 November and the Garden Route Hindu community also came together at The Wilderness Hotel to honour the occasion.
