Llewellyn Frans, the centre manager at Rosemoor Home for the Aged, told guests at his retirement party on Wednesday 20 May that he is leaving his "help out" position at the centre. Fifteen years ago he received a phone call from a rather anxious Johan Louw, then chairman of the board, requesting him to "help out" as the centre's manager had resigned. "Today I am still 'helpingout' but must make way for new blood."
