GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - George Municipal employees who work at the Civil Engineering department staged a demonstration in front of the municipal building in York Street this morning.
They are demanding answers to the Tuned Assessment of Skills and Attitudes (Task) evaluation regarding their work scale and salary adjustment.
The were led by South African Municipal Workers' Union (Samwu) shop stewards.
Mfundo Mtamo (Samwu) told workers that they have been informed to gather a delegation that will meet municipal representatives.
