George-streekatlete het verlede Saterdag geskitter by die ASWD-kampioenskappe op die De Jagers-sportkompleks in Oudtshoorn. George het altesaam 61 goue, 50 silwer- en 42 bronsmedaljes ingeoes. Die blits van Hoërskool Outeniqua, Theron Human, was die vinnigste seun by die byeenkoms. Hy het die 100 m (seuns o.19) in en (10:69 vir 860 punte) en die 200 m (22:22 vir 790 punte) gewen.
