GEORGE SWIMMING NEWS - Three Fish Eagle Aquatics swimmers from George achieved their best personal times at the recent South African National Junior Swimming Championships (SANJ) at the Kingspark Pool in Durban.
Luard Elstadt excelled in five finals and Gustav Slechter in two. They are now ranked amongst the top eight swimmers in their age group in South Africa in each individual event.
The SANJ, the top-ranked Swim South Africa national age group gala, had an international flavour this year with invitational teams from Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Kenia also attending.
