GEORGE NEWS - Over the past weekend from Thursday 27 to Sunday 30 August, the George Riding Club (GRC), in partnership with the Eden Equestrian Federation and the Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport, hosted the Adult Eventing Interprovincials 2026.
This national event is a triathlon of equestrian sport that includes dressage, show jumping and cross-country.
The event brought together top riders and horses from across the country, with riders from the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Gauteng competing in a true test of skill, precision and partnership.
The action-packed weekend brought incredible talent, with a few of our local riders taking home titles.
We would like to thank all our amazing partners, sponsors, officials, volunteers, athletes and the GRC ground staff, without whom this event would never have been possible.
