BODY BUILDING NEWS - Five bodybuilders from George flexed their muscles at the PCA South African Nationals in Pretoria on Saturday 23 September.

This was an invitation-only event where about 110 athletes battled it out in their different divisions.

Shaun Butler won first place in the disabled division. Oliver Hart managed a first place in the division for men's bodybuilding under 100kg and Addington Mondo took first in the classic body-building division. All three these athletes were invited to represent their country in Spain in November.

In the female classes, Jana Boshoff was placed fourth in the sport model division and sixth in Toned Bikini Tall.

Another athlete from George, Gladwin Morgan, was placed third in the division for men's bodybuilding under 70kg and fifth in the sports model division.
