Glenwood B also qualified with their second place in Sunday's game. Blanco Primary's team took third place.
There was also an individual competition on the day which was won by Bradley de Beer from Glenwood B.
The schools played 18 holes at Oubaai with 11 teams entering.
The Ernie Els Primary Schools challenge is a competition where primary schools in South Africa compete against one another. Each province must send one school team to this event.
The Southern Cape players are fortunate that Oubaai is hosting this year's event and means that the Southern Cape can send two teams to the Challenge, taking place in August.
The Southern Cape is running a very successful Primary Schools League where schools play three matches per term. The top team on the Order of Merit after the last match in the second term will qualify. The last match for the second term will also be a qualifying event to determine who will be the second school to re-present SWD.
