The cup competitions were held with supporters cheering on their teams on the sidelines with some children in tears as they lost on penalties or as they won in a most dramatic way.
In the u/17 Shield final, LIFE Community Services took on Pharaohs who ran out winners by 1-0.
The u/17 Honda Youth Cup final was between DR George and Evergreens. Evergreens was on their very best and blitzed the DR goal with Sean Erasmus, Enver Arries and Shane Erasmus scoring in the first half.
The second half saw Charlton Africa score the first of two goals before DR converted a penalty through Danny Greef with Reginald Africa adding a sixth for the Evergreens.
In the u/15 Bart Cup final, Team United, from Great Brak, took on Sevens Stars.
United eventually won out by 1-0l.
In the u/12 Dragon Cup match, the Leopards took on Seven Stars in a very close game.
Swaying one way and then the other the deadlock was broken in the final minute with Sevens Stars scoring.
In the other semi-final played simultaneously, Falcons took on Team United.
United scored very early on in the first half and dominated play until half time.
The second half saw Falcons hit the post and the crossbar before Keegan Steventon put Matthew Moody through to equal the score.
Penalties loomed with both teams level after the compulsory 5 each Falcons Seth Young scored and United missed to set up a Falcons and Seven Stars final.
Falcons dominated the first half of the final with John Spillhaus scoring a blister-ing goal, but Stars equalised late in the first half with their only meaningful attack.
In the second half Falcons took the lead through a tremendous volley from Steventon, but Stars again scored to draw level.
Penalties were the result and with one penalty each out of the compulsory 5, Steven Stars took the game in sudden death.
Under 12 tournament
