CRICKET NEWS - Round 2 of the SWD Premier League competition will be contested on Saturday with the defending champions, Union Stars I, to host New Dawn Park at the Recreation Ground in Oudtshoorn.
The Stars were victorious in round 1, while New Dawn Park suffered a big defeat in the top league.
The Knysna Cavaliers will look forward to keeping their momentum, but they can expect a tough challenge against the Harlequins Forces at Loerie Park. George will take on Sussex at Rooirivierrif. Both teams will be looking for their first win of the season.
Union Stars II will travel to the competitive Pacaltsdorp United and can expect a tough visit.
In the promotion league, Mossel Bay will take on NMU Madibaz at the Van Riebeeck Stadium.
