CRICKET NEWS - As in 2025, Jezé Campher was the hero of the Garden Route Badgers U16 team at the Cricket SA Girls’ U16 national tournament.
In this year’s edition, which was hosted in Gqeberha, she won four player of the match awards and in the Gold Group she was the bowler, batter and player of the tournament.
This year she bagged 16 wickets and scored a total of 207 runs. Her best batting performance (73) and best bowling performance (3/16) came against the Northern Cape.
The Badgers U16 girls won four out of their six matches in the tournament.
