CRICKET NEWS - Boland clinched the rural tournament for coastal provinces on Sunday 9 February after they defeated the hosts, the Garden Route Badgers, by 19 runs in a fiercely contested final. 

The final was played at the Recreation Ground in the T20 format.

The two teams also met on Saturday's second-session pool match, when the Bolanders won by 34 runs. The Badgers were victorious in their first two matches that were played in the 50 over format and won their T20 match in the first session against the Iinyathi Country.
