GEORGE NEWS - A Laser Run development clinic will be presented at Wellness World in York Street, George, on Saturday 2 December and Sunday 10 December.
Registration begins at 15:00 and the racing starts at 16:00. There will be no entry fee for participants.
All they must bring are their own running shoes, shorts and a T-shirt or running vest.
Laser Run is a fun event for keen runners from 6 years to 90+ years and no experience is needed.
Athletes have to shoot a laser pistol at an electronic target in between running laps of either 400m or 800m.
The shooting distances range from 5 to 10m, depending on the age group.
