GEORGE NEWS - HTS Eden's matric farewell, held at Fancourt on Thursday evening, 25 June, was a glamorous black-and-gold affair that combined elegance and fine dining.
Guests were treated to a memorable four-course meal featuring a boerewors and onion quiche starter, roasted beetroot and butternut salad, and a main course selection of beef sirloin, Karoo lamb, spinach and ricotta cannelloni, roasted vegetable lasagne and baked potatoes.
The evening ended with a decadent dessert selection of sticky toffee pudding, walnut chocolate brownies and chocolate éclairs.
Guest speaker Lloyd Bosman, who recently secured seventh place in the Comrades Marathon, delivered an inspiring address, encouraging learners as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives.
