Gautrain bus service suspended after drivers down tools
Gautrain said on Tuesday that its bus service was not available because drivers were on strike.
NATIONAL NEWS - Gautrain said on Tuesday that its bus service was not available because drivers were on strike.

Gautrain Spokesperson Kesagee Nayager said: “Please note that due to unplanned industrial action by Gautrain bus drivers, no bus service is available as of this morning”.

Nayager said discussions with the bus drivers were “currently under way to determine the reason for this action”.

However, Gautrain said its trains were operating according to schedule and without any impact.

“We will keep commuters updated and apologise for the inconvenience in this regard,” said Nayager.
