The incident occurred at Maxwell Court flats in Claremont.
According to Bishop Dulton Adams, the family’s pastor, the boy and his sister (Nine years old) were on their way down from the seventh floor – where they stay, to go and play when the boy slipped and fell to his death.
It is unclear at this stage on which floor the incident occurred.
“The state and condition of the flats has been a concern to the community, and the staircase railings are missing” said Adams.
“This is the fourth person that has fallen to their death at this block of flats”, continued Adams.
