Based on recent A8 spy shots, the 2014 Prologue Concept and with hints of Q7, Q5 and TT thrown in, the rendering features a sleek and modern appearance offsetting the rather staid images of the BMW 7-series and soon-to-be refreshed Mercedes-Benz S-class.
As previously reported, the D5 A8 will ride on the same MLB Evo architecture as the Q7, Bentley Bentayga and impending Volkswagen Touareg, and boast an extensive range of autonomous tech as well as upgraded petrol and diesel engines. A plug-in hybrid model will also be available along with the performance S8 at a later stage.
