GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - Following rainfall of 180mm plus recorded in just 24 hours in the Buffelskop catchment area of the Touw River, by this morning, Tuesday 9 April, the massive volume of water had pushed the river mouth in Wilderness completely open with the river cascading into the ocean.
