GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality has issued an urgent notice to residents, confirming that refuse collection services will be limited due to predicted inclement weather.
For today, Tuesday 5 May, and until further notice, collection teams will focus on black bags only.
Residents are urged not to place green bags out for collection, as these will not be collected during this period.
Blue bag collection will continue as scheduled.
The municipality added that further updates will be shared regarding the status of the landfill site as conditions develop.
