GEORGE NEWS - Time is running out for Toffee, a loving older boy from the George area who urgently needs a safe, caring home.
His family is heartbroken that they cannot take him along as they prepare to move abroad, and Thursday is the final deadline for him to be placed.
Despite his age, Toffee is still full of life – playful, steady, and showing off his “moves” with pride.
He is incredibly affectionate and adores spending time with people. He’s a wonderful companion for children and enjoys both on-leash and off-leash outings thanks to his excellent recall.
Toffee is neutered and vaccinated, making him ready to join a new family immediately. He is, however, not suited to homes with cats or rabbits.
His owners will be by his side to say goodbye if a home cannot be found – a heartbreaking thought for everyone involved.
