Overall they won five medals, one gold and four silver.
Fire Fighters from all over South Africa competed against each other for the crown of the toughest fire fighter.
The competition took place at the Goodwood Fire station in Cape Town.
The competitors had to endure four challenging activities.
The competition concluded with a run up a 23-floor fire escape at the Cape Town Civic Centre while wearing full fire gear.
