GEORGE NEWS - Learners from various local schools demonstrated outstanding creativity and performance skills at the annual poetry and drama competition, held at the Inkcubeko Youth and Science Centre on Saturday 28 March.
In the poetry category, Asenathi Somathamba of Imizamo Yethu High School secured first place with an impressive performance.
Anqobile Mnyayiza from Tabatha Primary School took second place, while Sinoxolo Mtyhukwini finished third.
The drama category saw Jonga High School emerge as the overall winner, with Inkcubeko seniors earning second place and MM Mateza Primary School taking third position.

The event brought together junior and senior participants from several institutions, including Tabatha Primary School, MM Mateza Primary School and Inkcubeko in the junior category, as well as Imizamo Yethu High School, Jonga High School and Inkcubeko in the senior division.
