GEORGE NEWS - Nine models from Ace Models, owned by Mrs SA Joani Johnson, made it through to the semi-final round of the Miss Teen SA 2010 beauty pageant. From these nine, an amazing five are teenagers from George.
The semi-final judging round took place on Monday in Cape Town and the nine Ace models dominated the group of 30 semi-finalists from the Western Cape region.
Going into the interview sessions the girls were all well preparing, making sure their general knowledge is up to date with the latest happenings around the world. The twelve finalists chosen out of the group of semi-finalist are yet to be announced. Those who are chosen will compete for the crown in Sun City during December.
The girls from Ace Models that made it through is: Donique Leonard (17, Mossel Bay), Lezanne Schutte (18, Mossel Bay), Nadia Britz (18, Mossel Bay) Anja Niewenhuys (16, George), Ronette Coetzee (16, George) - 16, Demi-Leigh Nel Peters (15, George), Angelique Fouche (18, George), Zandri Blom (17, Riversdale) and Petro Rassouw (16, George).
