GEORGE NEWS - Friends and family of all ages took part in the third annual Generations Dash at the Groenkloof Retirement Estate on Saturday morning, 29 March.
The event, that attracted some 300 participants, was organised in collaboration with CAW Bio Biokineticists.
The idea was to get the Groenkloof residents and their families out into the sun and on the move.
It was hugely enjoyed by all and was concluded with a braai and social get-together at The Hub House, the coffee shop at Groenkloof.
