GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - Stunning pieces of art were displayed at the first Plant and Art Exhibition which was held on Saturday 4 November at Hope Church in George.
All the proceeds of the event go towards helping Hope Church Wilderness Heights to improve housing and infrastructure, run a play school where little ones receive a nutritious meal daily, provide medical assistance and sight tests, and run programmes aimed at reaching and investing in children and teenagers.
Besides the artworks, which could be sponsored by businesses, there were plants for sale.
The event also provided lots of fun activities for kids and family. Hope church raised R72 000 with this event.
