• 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
• 1 cup of tomatoes, chopped
• ¼ cup red onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• ¼ cup fresh coriander (danja), chopped
• 2 Tbls lemon or lime juice
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
• ½ tsp cumin
• Salt and black pepper to taste
METHOD
Mash the avocados in a bowl to your preferred consistency.
Mix the tomato, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, lime juice and jalapeno pepper into the avocado.
Season with salt and pepper.
