Wessa plans another field trip
Wessa Eden is hosting another visit to Katot Meyer's nature reserve in the Langkloof area. The previous visit was thoroughly enjoyed.

GEORGE NEWS - Wessa Eden will be hosting a field trip to Pietersrivier Nature Reserve in the Langkloof area on Saturday 27 May.

The group will meet up again with Katot Meyer at the reserve who inherited the original farm from his father. 

In recognition of Meyer's commitment to rehabilitate the farm to its natural state, CapeNature gave it the status of an accredited nature reserve. It has since then been declared a World Heritage Site and forms part of the Garden Route Biosphere Reserve.
