GEORGE NEWS - The George Municipality Vehicle Testing Centre (VTS) is closed until further notice due to brake rollers that broke down because of the continuous load shedding.
The hard drive is faulty and we are awaiting a service provider to advice us further. We will keep the public up to date of any developments.
The VTS will be closed to the public but the MVR Section next to the VTS in Hibernia Street (next to the train station) is open for business as usual.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Vehicle owners who need urgent testing of their vehicles can contact private companies for this service.
