GEORGE NEWS - The George Municipality Vehicle Testing Centre (VTS) is closed until further notice due to a breakdown and work has not been completed. The municipality will keep the public up to date on any developments.

The VTS will be closed to the public but the MVR Section next to the VTS in Hibernia Street (next to the train station) is open for business as usual.

For any queries contact the VTS on 044 801 9312.

The municipality apologises for the inconvenience. Vehicle owners needing urgent vehicle testing can contact private companies for this service.
