GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - If you’re looking for something to do on Mandela Day, why not spend your 67 minutes walking, playing and spending time with the dogs and cats at Oudtshoorn Dogs in Need (Odin)?
“Our dogs and cats will absolutely love having some visitors at our kennels in Oudtshoorn and Blanco (George),” says Odin chairperson, Colleen Smith.
Odin opened in Oudtshoorn about five years ago and opened a second branch at Tantivvey Guest Farm just outside Blanco in 2018.
With its motto "Rescue, medicate, educate and re-home", Odin provides shelter for abused, lost or unwanted animals and also functions as a kennel facility for when you can't take your four-legged friends with you on holiday.
