GEORGE NEWS - Two suspects who were scheduled to appear in court this week were arrested after the murder of 27-year-old Lindon Sysaar from Rosemoor
According to Southern Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies, police officers were on patrol in O'Connell Street on Sunday afternoon, 11 August, when they were stopped by a resident who told them of a stabbing incident
On arrival at the scene, they found a group of people carrying the victim.
He was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries the following morning. The 23 and 24-year-old suspects were arrested shortly after the incident.
According to Nicole Rasi, a family member, Lindon was loved dearly by the family and friends. "He was someone we could all depend on. He would never not greet and never not hug. He was a motivator and peacemaker.
He loved cars and music and even was a DJ. He is going to be missed. More than anything he loved his daughters and siblings.
There are no words to describe how much pain we feel as a family. He has left an indescribable void. We will forever miss and love you Lindon," Rasi said.
