BUSINESS NEWS - Thanks to the support of shoppers from George and across the Garden Route, the Garden Route Mall has been voted Best Shopping Centre / Mall in the Best of George Readers' Choice Awards 2026.
This marks Garden Route Mall's fourth consecutive win, making the achievement an especially proud and meaningful one for the entire mall community.
"This award means so much to us because it comes directly from our customers," says Tumi Masango, the mall's marketing manager.

For the mall team, the award is not merely a title.

With nearly 120 shops and services, Garden Route Mall has become known for the choice and variety it offers under one roof. However, Masango says it is the people who bring the mall to life.
