BUSINESS NEWS - Tourism Minister Tokozile Xasa has slammed ongoing violence between metered taxi and Uber drivers.
Three cars were set alight during clashes in Sandton last week.
Xasa's office fears the long-standing dispute between metered taxi operators and Uber could impact tourism.
The minister's spokesperson Mahlodi Muofhe shared the concerns.
“Tourists have a wide choice of destinations. The minister is doing her best to attract tourists to grow our economy.”
