GEORGE NEWS - Residents and businesses in the vicinity of Cnr Fabriek and Fichat Street are advised of a planned water outage scheduled for Tuesday, 27 May, between 10:00 and 14:00.
This temporary interruption is necessary to commission a newly constructed bulk water meter connection in the area.
The municipality urges all consumers to take note of the outage period and to plan accordingly. Although the water supply will be interrupted during the stated timeframe, consumers are reminded to treat the installation as live throughout, as water flow may resume at any time. Additionally, low water pressure may be experienced before and after the outage window.
