GEORGE NEWS - This is a public notification of the planned construction of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for the George Municipality Main Building (Civic Centre), planned to start on 14 January and be completed in April 2025.

George Municipality staff and the public are urged to exercise caution when passing the construction site.
