George Tens club rugby tournament in George
“The inaugural George Tens club rugby tournament has laid a good foundation for what we hope will become a major attraction to our city and region in future,” said George Executive Mayor Alderman Melvin Naik during the opening of the event at the weekend. The George Municipality has sponsored R150 000 towards this year’s event in which 32 teams competed.
