Thunder Tour roars in George
The roar of about 120 V8 engines reverberated through George yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 3 July, as the annual Thunder Tour made its way to Town Lodge at the Garden Route Mall. The tour is an annual seven-day road trip that culminates in the ultimate road show. Mainly V8s like muscle cars, street rods, rat rods and supercars are allowed to take part in the tour, with the exception of the flat 6 Porsche and GRRs, which are the only six-cylinder cars allowed as they are classified as supercars.
