Grade 1s all smiles at Holy Cross
At Holy Cross Primary School, 60 Grade 1s enrolled for 2021. Headmaster, Jane Askew, told George Herald that the children were 'super excited' to be back together again. "Our staff were well prepared and ready for action for 2021. The academic programme was in full swing after an orientation session with each class. We look forward to a happy and healthy school year." Grade 1s had an orientation day last week where parents could accompany their children to their classes and help them settle in.
