4 September:
Music of the Night at the DR Mother Church (19:00). Maja Snyman (19), known as Maja Rey on social media, presents her first live concert - a tribute to The Phantom of the Opera and other masterpieces. Tickets are R150 (adults) and R100 (children) on Quicket.

6 September:
HA!Man at the DR Mother Church (15:30). HA!Man (Francois le Roux) is a multi-instrumentalist and improvisational artist who frequently pairs his live shows with interactive music. The George Music Society invites all learners who are interested in music to attend the concert for an experience they will never forget. Tickets are R190 (public), R150 (members) and R50 (learners). 11-13 September:
Shakespeare Schools Festival at the Market Community Theatre. Support young learners in their creative adaptations of Shakespeare's plays - seven schools over three days, 30 minutes per play. Tickets on Webtickets.
12 September:
Because of Success with Sifiso Nene at the George Arts Theatre. The multi-award-winning comedian Sifiso Nene has a few things to say about his new one-man tour. Tickets are R250 on Webtickets.
18-19 September:
Elvinia's Dance Academy will present Coppélia at the George Arts Theatre. Showtimes: Friday 18 September (18:30) and Saturday 19 September (15:00 and 18:30).

Scava art exhibition at the George Museum. The Southern Cape Art Association (Scava) invites art lovers to explore the intriguing space between what is and what could be with its latest group exhibition, Almost, in the Sayers Auditorium.
