4 killed, 3 injured in Chechnya suicide attack

INTERNATIONAL NEWS - A suicide bombing in Russia's volatile Chechnya region on Monday killed four people and wounded another three, a spokesman for interior ministry troops said.
"There was a suicide attack," Vasily Panchenkov told AFP, adding that body parts of the presumed bomber were found at the scene outside the capital Grozny. Three of the dead were servicemen.
Earlier reports said the servicemen died during a mine clearance operation.
