Man killed in Benoni crash

NATIONAL NEWS - A man was killed and another seriously injured when their truck smashed into a tree in Benoni on Friday, Gauteng paramedics said.
ER24 spokesman Derrick Banks said the accident happened on Woburn Street in the early hours of Friday.
"Both men were still entrapped in the vehicle when paramedics arrived on the scene."
The driver, in his 20s, was declared dead on the scene.
"The passenger suffered serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment."
