GEORGE NEWS - The George Herald and George Mini Ads News hosted a hugely successful Sandwich Jam for our 67 minutes on Mandela Day this morning.
A Sandwich Jam is a fun-filled sandwich-making event where groups work together to try and make as many sandwiches as possible in a limited time.
With the help from the community we made 3 000 sandwiches that are being distributed to various schools in George during the course of today.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a huge success!
