South Cape Old Car Club's Youth Run
Younger old car enthusiasts should consider participating in the first Youth Run held by SCOCC.
SOUTHERN CAPE MOTORING NEWS - The South Cape Old Car Club (SCOCC) is organising an event to promote the club and create interest for vintage cars among the younger generation.

They would like to encourage the youth of the Southern Cape to appreciate and treasure the heritage of the many old cars in the region by participating in the first Youth Run held by SCOCC.

You don't even have to own or drive an old car to take part! The Youth Run will consist of a fun drive, a short cruise and a few fun events along the way. They will depart from the SCOCC's clubhouse, the Gully at Glenwood House, heading towards Mossel Bay Harbour. Here the group will board the Seven Seas for a cruise around Seal Island and a social braai with some interesting folks!

Anyone under the age of 28 with an interest in vintage vehicles is welcome to join. Entry forms will be available on request with a minimal entry fee of only R50! (Terms and conditions apply.)

Byron Smith, a SCOCC committee member and representative of the South Cape Youth, has been given the responsibility of getting more young people more involved in the SCOCC. He looks forward to organising more of these social events and wishes to encourage respect and adoration for vintage vehicles among his peers.

Please contact Byron Smith on 072 566 5033 for more information and entry forms.
