Fighting for Estiaan
Little Estiaan Nel is fighting for his life in the Red Cross Children’s Hospital in Cape Town.
GEORGE NEWS - On Saturday 19 May, Sors Grobbelaar, a local fighter from George and an instructor at Scorpions Martial Arts Academy & Two Brothers Combat Institute will be fighting a Professional Muaythai (Thai Boxing) fight in Cape Town, against one of South Africa's top Muaythai fighters, Dumani Mtya.

Sors will be using this fight to aid the "Fight 4 Estiaan" campaign in an effort to help raise funds for Estiaan Nel, the 5-year-old who is currently fighting for his life against brain cancer in the Red Cross Children's Hospital in Cape Town.

"One of the talents I am blessed with is to compete in combat sports and there is no other way that I can help Estiaan better than to use what I do best," explains Sors.

"I can't wait to visit him in hospital before the fight and get his blessing to go do battle on Saturday night. This will be the very first time that I will actually fight for a real cause and this little boy has been such an inspiration these last two weeks."

People who wish to support the Fight 4 Estiaan, are asked to deposit R15 (or more) into a bank account. "We want to raise as much money as possible to help cover the cost for treatment and hospitalisation as well as financial support to Estiaan's parents during this very difficult time." Banking details are Absa George, A Nel, 9073347593, Reference "Fight 4 Estiaan-YOUR NAME"

For more details contact 082 589 1763.
